A variety of factors are considered when making final selections of the Top 100 Nursing Professors after a
lengthy nomination period. These factors included the academic rankings
of represented nursing schools, awards and recognitions the professors
have earned, the quality and quantity of any academic publications
associated with their work, recommendations from their peers, and student reviews.
USFSONHP's very own Judith F. Karshmer and Karen Van Leuven have both been included in the list!
